Made-to-order custom-design goods are, by law, not subject to exchange/return when of proper quality. Please review your design and configuration carefully before paying.

Catalogue goods of proper quality may be returned within 14 days if their presentation, seals, and unused condition are preserved.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it or refund you free of charge. Notify us within 14 days of receipt with photos.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method within the legally required period after the goods are received and inspected.
