Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the online service provided by the Administration. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have fully read and accept these terms. If the User disagrees, they must stop using the Service.

The Service is an online store selling physical goods — keycaps: both ready-made catalogue items and keycaps made to order based on a design chosen or created by the User.

The User understands that made-to-order goods are produced for a specific order and are personalised in nature. The appearance of the finished item may differ slightly from the on-screen image due to the properties of the materials, lighting, and the User's device settings.

Goods are supplied with the characteristics stated in their description. The Administration does not guarantee that a product will fully match the User's subjective expectations. The Administration is not liable for losses, consequences of using goods improperly, actions of third parties, or technical failures. The decision to purchase is made by the User independently.

The Service is not intended for unlawful activity. The User undertakes to use the Service within applicable law. Responsibility for lawfulness rests entirely with the User.

All site materials (images, texts, designs, and design elements) are protected by intellectual-property law. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, or otherwise using the materials without permission. By uploading or creating their own design, the User confirms that they hold the necessary rights and do not infringe the rights of third parties.

The Administration may suspend access in case of violation of the terms, detection of abuse, or legal requirements. Restriction does not release the User from obligations. The Administration may refuse service to users whose actions create risks.

Payment is made on the terms specified in the Service. Returns and exchanges are governed by the Returns & Refunds policy and applicable consumer-protection law. Made-to-order (custom-design) goods are not subject to return or exchange when of proper quality. The User must not initiate a chargeback without first contacting support.

The Administration collects the minimum necessary technical data. Reasonable protective measures are taken, but absolute security is not guaranteed.

The Administration may make changes. The current version is published in the Service. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
